A home with heart and a view to dream of.

The 62 m² apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and a pull-out sofa bed for two. It also has a south-facing balcony and a bathroom with shower and WC.

As the apartment is entirely panelled in wood, smoking is not permitted indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bed linen and towels are included in the price.

For our youngest guests, there is a spacious garden with plenty of opportunities to play. Our guests are also welcome to use the barbecue.

Cats and other animals roam freely around the farm, so dogs are very welcome, but we kindly ask you to keep them on a lead. Thank you for your understanding!

Further information

The prices are per apartment and per day for 2 people.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price.
In the event of early departure or failure to arrive, the full booked period will be charged.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.

Since 1 January 2014, all accommodation establishments in South Tyrol are required to charge a local tourist tax in addition to the accommodation price. The tax is €2.70 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over.

In our small farm shop, depending on availability, you will find fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a variety of homemade delicacies prepared according to traditional farmhouse recipes. Depending on the season, we also offer fresh eggs, yoghurt, fresh and mature cheeses, butter, hearty speck, delicious jams, natural juices and aromatic herb salt – all available to enjoy and purchase.

Because nothing compares to natural, authentic products that bring the true taste of our region straight to your plate.

Following the good old farming traditions, we grow various types of grain such as rye, barley and wheat, as well as potatoes, poppies and a wide variety of vegetables that thrive particularly well in our region.
